Dr. Tammy & Dr. Carl - Professional Background

Dr. Tammy Russell received her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry and her Specialty Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from the Medical College of Georgia. During her residency training, she spent a month in Bethel, Alaska working in a US Public Health Service Clinic, plus a couple of remote villages only accessible by light aircraft.

Dr. Carl Russell received his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry and his Specialty Certificate in Orthodontics from the Medical College of Georgia. He also received a PhD in Biostatistics from UAB and had the opportunity to do research at UAB, CDC, and MCG. He is the author or coauthor for over 150 journal articles and scientific presentations.
